Typical Workflow in RSURED

  1. Role/Site determines required CTWs and training.
  2. Personnel is added → system auto-assigns training.
  3. User receives training notification in inbox/Home dashboard.
  4. Completes course (SCORM, classroom, induction, etc.).
  5. If required → Verification of Competency (VoC) assessment occurs.
  6. CTW status marked compliant / pending / expired.
  7. Managers can see live compliance matrix and training reports.
