Hillery Group implemented RSURED's Contractor Management module to bring structure, accountability, and real-time visibility to contractor onboarding. Onboarding now follows a clear, enforced pathway: Request, Pre-qualification, Compliance Review, Approval, Portal Access, and Onboarding. Every contractor moves through the same structured workflow, each step is tracked, and every approval is visible.
Contractor self-service reduced bottlenecks by enabling contractors to enter and maintain their own details, upload required documentation directly, and receive prompts when action was needed. Workflow-driven controls ensured consistency: the workflow cannot progress unless required information is complete, valid, and verified. Approval was also integrated with financial and operational systems, with a Purchase Order unable to be raised in MEX unless the contractor is approved in RSURED.
